With abundant experience in international relations working on global development projects, and a light hearted demeanor, Emily is a wonderful addition to the Wanderlust family. Also from a non-profit background, she is dedicated to building up the community around her, fitting in perfectly with the Wanderlust ideology. Her tenacity and work ethic ensures that she is extraordinarily dedicated to her clients and her knowledge of the Spanish language and Mexican culture are superb. Formerly an international program developer and manager in Washington D.C., Emily led design, onboarding, and management of international cross-sector programs that identify and develop talent.
Emily previously founded and served as executive director of two non-profit organizations, Strengths Lab and Lemonade Day-DC, which have served over 20,000 students from primary school through university with entrepreneurship, financial literacy, and strengths-based curriculum. Her work with Lemonade Day was recently featured in Gallup’s Wall Street Journal best-selling book, “Born to Build”. Emily has spoken internationally on the purpose of non-traditional measurement in understanding and developing human talent. She has a lifelong commitment, professionally and personally, to knowledge sharing and collaboration between the United States and Latin America.
